Our Story
Founded in 2017, iHeart Digital was born out of a passion for building better digital experiences. Our founder, Tracy Margetts, has been working in the digital and marketing industry since 2010 — and that deep experience is in the DNA of everything we do. Over 500+ projects later, we've grown into a full-service digital agency offering everything from WordPress websites and custom software development to digital marketing, creative design and public relations.
We've also become a software company — building our own products like iHeart CNTRL (an all-in-one marketing dashboard) and iHeart Events (a WordPress event management plugin) that are used by businesses and agencies across the country.
What hasn't changed is our approach: we treat every client like a partner, every project like it matters, and every deadline like it's sacred. We're proudly South African, but we serve clients across Africa, Europe, the UK and the USA — bringing local expertise with a global perspective.
